"My dental experience with Dr. Hartley has been a great experience. And Chrissy, the hygienist does a fabulous job, but the corporate billing system leaves allot to be desired. I have been trying to get a refund from this office since December, for work that was done in April, 2023. Was not even aware I had a credit until my last teeth cleaning in December. I have called the office numerous times, left messages for the office manager to call me and explain why they can’t cut me a check, and have gotten nowhere, not even a returned called. It’s not a great deal of money, but it’s the principle of how I’m being treated. I do not want to leave this practice, but feel I may have to ."
