"I had the best experience with Young at iMotors! If you are looking for a gently used vehicle with a reasonable price point, this is the place to be. Young is super knowledgable about all of the cars on his lot and you can tell he really cares about helping you find something that works for you, and within your budget. He took the time to explain everything from details about the vehicle, financing, etc. On top of that there were lots of cars to choose from. I have never had a better car buying experience and just can't say enough good things about Young and imotors!"

"I purchased a vehicle with I Motors in July. It is now October. I have been to the mechanic shop three different times on three separate occasions for three different reasons. The last time I had to pay $1000 this time it have something to do with my transmission and it suppose to be a brand new car only have 50000 miles on it and I called the I Motors and all he have to say is that’s why you have insurance for that’s, I told you to get full coverage we just sell cars we don’t know how they work, but it does not explain the reason why something is wrong with my transmission and this is practically a brand new car"

"I honestly don't know what to say. Had a 10,000 loan from the credit union and took my time to find a car. The dealer, could have gotten that $10,000.00 same day but he made me wait 3 days I could have went to the bank and got it. This is what he did. I did not test drive the car or see the car until after I signed the papers. I knew it was backwards. I had suffered a trauma and I really didn't have my heart into buying this car that day. It is a good car, but what he was hiding was the damsge from a hail storm on the top of the car the roof, and someone had taken a box cutter and there were cut marks inside the car, including burn marks. I take full responsibility of not speaking up but the way he did it was sneaky and dishonest and then had the nerve to ask me can I charge you extra $500. The credit union would have caught that. Adding $500 to the cost is being greedy and dishonest. I regret not reading the reviews. How he does business is his way. I believe in Galatians 6:7 and Mr Young you should read it. You reap what sow because God will not be mocked. His word is true. God's words."

"The man had great customer service. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on what cars he had in inventory within my budget. I absolutely love my car. It was in great condition and we got it for a reasonable price. This was the best deal I was offered and the salesman was honest when he answered my questions. I was able to test drive the car and took the car home that day."
