"I was hesitant to try with some of the bag reviews but this place deserves higher reviews. The bagels are amazing and the owner is super nice. Nothing not to love. They've made big improvements across the board. Give it a shot, you won't regret it."

"Generally the bagels are really good here. Today I do not think they were prepared, or they were understaffed. We waited for 30 minutes for 3 bagels. No eggs, no meat to cook, just toasted bagels and cream cheese. We finally get our food bring it home, and they are not even toasted thoroughly. The bagel was cold. It was a very disappointing breakfast this time around."

"I wanted to love this place as a NY bagel lover who has visited various bagel places in our region from chains to locally owned spots. But besides the veggie cream cheese being notable with lots of veggie chunks, the bagel sandwiches we got did not hit the spot at all. Our bagel sandwiches were cold (even the eggs, bacon and bagel itself), the eggs were falling off the sandwich (scrambled egg really does not work on sandwiches…), and the bacon falling apart in pieces. The asiago bagel had no taste so I couldn’t even tell it had asiago. Also, I found a hair in my sandwich. Sad to leave disappointed. Hopefully things will improve with time cuz Waynesville needs a good bagel place."

"I understand nothing can be perfect. But our first time here will be our last. This a picture of the 10 dollar sandwich, no sides, no drink. There is literally nothing on this sandwich and after being told they are already out of everything else we wanted on Father's Day they put the bread I did not order on my sandwich, no mustard, and told me after a half an hour they were out of the bread I selected. I understand business is harder with everything going on but this is not okay. I would have respected them more if they just closed shop for the day once the majority of their product was sold out."
