"Since the owner asked why, here is the why. I initially visited this business for a door frame job estimate. Unfortunately, the owner was unavailable, forcing me to reschedule. Upon receiving the estimate, I agreed and inquired about another repair. The owner assured me both would be taken care of and asked me to bring my car in. Following his instructions, I rented a car for the projected week-long repair. However, communication and execution fell short. Despite the owner promising a faster turnaround, I returned my rental early based on his assurance that everything was complete. Only then did I discover the second repair was entirely overlooked. Worse, the initial job wasn't fully finished either. While I appreciate the owner's attempt to expedite the process and avoid rental costs, it ultimately compromised the quality and completeness of the work. I valued a job well done above saving a few dollars on the rental. While I acknowledge the owner's good intentions and positive reputation, relying solely on memory proved detrimental. A clearer record-keeping system would have prevented these inconsistencies and ensured a smooth, satisfactory experience. This is my "why.""

He not only fixed the bumper but also took the time to replace the sensor before putting the bumper back. That saved us a ton of time and money since we didn’t have to go figure out how to fix that too. The whole car looked shiny and new when we picked it up. Pastor Al couldn’t have been nicer.
