"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was starting on a trip when my RV ( on a Mercedes sprinter chassis with the diesel engine) lost acceleration. I brought it to Hendrick’s Mercedes of Durham and received immediate help from wonderfully nice and professional people. Chris McIntosh, the Service Advisor, and Denis Germaniwski, Service Technician, were awesome. I didn’t have an appointment, but since I was in the road, they miraculously fit me into their schedule, diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, ordered the part and I only lost one day.
