"I had my first service at BMW. Anthony was great to work with and answered all my questions. The BMW lounge is easy to work at while you wait with drinks and snacks. I owned a Lexus previously, and I must say BMW could take some tips. Lexus greets you the minute you drive in for service and directs you to your provider for the visit. They are very customer centric at every touch point.You are assigned an advisor who stays with you as long as they are there and you own the vehicle. The care I received at Johnson Lexus was second to none in showing they cared about me and my car. I am happy and love my new car and hope to work with a nice service provider again next time. "My husband searched and searched to find us a convertible that had all wheel drive. Adam at Southpoint sent us a video showing the car but it was 400 miles away. I was not a fan of driving 400 miles to look at a car but that video changed my mind. Once we arrived, it was even better. "Jeffrey Snow at Southpoint BMW was awesome! When we walked into the dealer, with a smile on his face, he was the one to come and greet us. Instead of us having to find and wait for someone to help us like at other dealers. It is refreshing to see someone who is genuinely into cars and excited about the products he is selling. It became obvious when talking to him, that he knows the cars well including all the software, which let’s face it, has become a predominant part of the driving experience and can sometimes be overwhelming and convoluted. I usually do through research on the cars I’m interested in prior to going to see them in person. Usually I know more than the sales person, but with Jeffrey that was not the case.
