"I had an appointment on 11/2. This office needs more people to be at the front desk. I really like how and it was the first office in my life you can complete the new patient paperwork on a tablet that was a good size just some pages needs the words bigger. It's less mess with papers and it's organized better and correct errors than pen and faster to complete paperwork. The doctor was nice and careful. I did not like during the X-Ray there was issues taking it. I know that technology can cause issues but they need to fix that. The Dental Hygienist I think that's her title I knew the question she was asking of when the last time I been to a Dentist the date or month and year I didn't remebred. She was tapping her fingers on the desk and getting impatient and repeated the question like I am misunderstanding what u are asking. Other than that My Visit was good. I seen a bill. I receive Medicaid but the paperwork said the Co-pay was $3. The Front Desk is telling me $4. They did not tell me the Co pay on the phone or at visit even though I appreciated when she told you can pay it on your next visit. They still should of told me about the co-pay and right amount. And I got a bill the Dental Hygienist Michelle said nothing about or front desk. I didn't like how Michelle walked behind me when she showed me to the exam room I am tall. U should walked beside me. I knew why she and others do that to me. When I visit other places. The front desk and the Dental Hygienist were talking fast and being fast with their work."
