"I have had great experience with Dream Smiles up until my last visit. My daughter seen someone different. The first problem was my daughter thought her orthodontic spacers were in her mouth. But there weren't. The dentist assistant that we were working with seen that they weren't there and from that point didn't check to see if her device would fix. She placed her spacer back in her mouth and told me that her teeth were still too tight to place the device. I have told her that the spacer are coming out everyday all day she told stated that they just don't come out. She had to be messing with them or eating the wrong foods. The second problem was dentist assistant went to someone else and very loudly she yelling " We can't force a device in nobody mouth". Me as the parent wonder "How do they know if the device would fix if they never have tried it." Another appointment was schedule and the dentist assistant then walked off after handling me the next appointment. Got home and the spacer came out and they were placed back in and the space between her teeth had no tightness .Spacer went on with no problem."
