"Kinda annoyed that they over quoted my bf for a basic transmission fluid change. Like $200 over what I was quoted at Leith Honda. Outrageous! Just because people look vulnerable, doesn’t mean you should prey on them to make more money. Never had an experience like this before. Please do your research before you get your car fixed because they will try to take advantage of you."

"Been there twice just to be told that they Can’t determine why my 2019 Odyssey elite randomly shut off while on the road(highway) They have decided to wait until to see me and my children or family to be in the funeral in order to escalate this Wish me and any other Honda drivers best of luck God Bless America!"

"Dropped in today and had a great experience. My first time visiting Southpoint Honda and Thomas, Rio and Aliyah (and Matthew in parts) took good care of me and my car. It was so nice to be welcomed and treated to great service by the team. Will definitely make Southpoint my go to place for servicing my car."

"Since being bought out they don’t care about customers… and prices skyrocketed. Took car in for oil change ( almost $100 so I declined) and rotate and balance tires. Waited for my vehicle, no one ever approached me until vehicle was done. When I got home I saw in the packet my vehicle needed an alignment… why no one asked me if I wanted that done while I was there is shocking to me. So I now need to go back in for something that could have easily been done while I was there. I called dealership and expressed my disappointment with the manager and he was beyond rude to me. Had he offered up some discount due to the inconvenience to having to come back and spend hours again I would have felt ok… but he was completely unapologetic that the tech didn’t do his job nor did he care that I’d have to spend more time coming back. They truly don’t care about making customers happy. My business will go elsewhere going forward!"
