"I am a young woman new to the area and when my car started cranking weird I wanted to go to someone who I felt wasn't going to rip me off but also seemed to know what they were doing (I've had bad past experiences with being over charged or leaving a garage only for my car to break down again a few days later). "Thomas is first class, and he runs his shop that way too! If you're tired of disappointing results with your vehicle repair experiences, you should know that it doesn't have to be that way. T&P Diagnostic Center will take an objective approach with your problem, and they will get to the bottom of it. Thomas saved me a transmission rebuild in my 1995 Chevy Blazer, and he gave it a tune-up that has the 4.3 L V6 running the best I've ever seen it at ~140,000 miles. I had two other mechanics attempt to fix an oil leak in an oil cooler line before I found T&P Diagnostic Center. Neither of those mechanics could correct the problem, and yes I paid them for their work. T&P fixed it when I took it there, and I haven't seen a drop of oil since. They also replaced a transmission seal that had caused the transmission to nearly run out of fluid, and there was no need to take it back. They did the job right, the first time. Parts and labor will always cost us, as vehicle maintenance and repair always does, but if you prefer a guy who will shoot straight with you, you should call T&P. Thomas and his business puts their efforts into doing first class work, not seeing how cheap they can complete a patch job while charging you for an entire replacement. I've been dealing with mechanics for a long time, and have spent most of my life frustrated with them. If you want only the best for your vehicle, then T&P is the place for you. Thanks T&P!"
