"Terrible customers service! Waited for 3.5 hours just for oil change. Staff at the front desk were busy on their phones at the storage room even after the mechanic told them that the customers were waiting for a long time. I do not recommend. Worst place! Business name should be SLOW LANE!"
"Had a nail in a tire on my brand new truck. Called Wednesday and they had to order the tire. Showed up after work Friday and it took the advisor longer to get it approved than it did for the tech to mount and balance the tire. I was worried about the painted wheel getting scratched during the process but I couldn’t even tell they touched it."
"I have been here before for a tire issue and they fixed it at a reasonable price. I went back for what I thought was a similar tire issue (tires not filling up with air) only to be met with “Are you even filling them up correctly?” by the representative doing my intake. It was said in a very misogynistic tone. I told him my past experience thinking it was something with the seal, and he didn’t believe me still (even though it’s in their records). He called me later to say he filled up my tires with no issue. I drove the car off the lot with the tire pressure light still on, thinking maybe it would go away after driving a little. It’s still on. Nothing was resolved. I suggest taking your business elsewhere, especially if you’re a woman."
"Paid $460 for a new battery and installation because ford told me it required a special battery. Come to find out, I could have done it myself for much cheaper. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like getting ripped off."
