"The staff is great and I never worry about the quality of parts or work. They tell you exactly what your options are and work within your budget Again.. With an appointment , I drive 330 miles round trip to get my van worked on. I count on it to get me to the jobs I DJ; it is my only vehicle and my work vehicle. They did an incredible job AND While there I notice the way Roland handles customers… he clarifies the need for an appointment to people AND there is no mystery. Please disregard any negative reviews-this place is worth the wait if you live in the real world. Not a Jiffy fix kind of business."

"They had my truck a full week and I didn’t receive a single call about it. I had to drive over there to enquire because no one would ever answer the phone. Then call again 4 days later 6 times in a row to get someone to answer, and after all that they told me that I’d have to drive to charlotte to get the part. I called the place with the part and arranged to have it shipped to them. Then when I called back to let them know, Roland’s wife was offended that I was understandably annoyed at the level of service they were providing and they told me to take my truck elsewhere. I guess unless you are Amazon, who’s trucks their yard is full of, they don’t seem to care about what kind of service they provide. I recommend Payne’s for older vehicles instead. Sorry to air this experience in public Roland, I’ve known you for years, and have been happy with your work up to now, but the service your team provided this time was awful and now I’m a full week without my truck and I have another headache to have it towed a second time since you’re unwilling to take responsibility for my very reasonable annoyance that your service has been terrible and caused me a huge headache. I’m sure you don’t care, but I’ll be using another garage from now on. It’s too bad that a garage that used to serve locals now only seems to care about Amazon vehicles."
"My experience with this place was horrible. I came to this place plenty of times but the last few times were horrible. Every time I left the shop, my car wasn’t fixed. Roland would tell me to bring it back just to give him more money and my car still wouldn’t be fixed. The last time he kept my car probably 6 months while he kept telling me that he was trying to find out the issue with it. I was naive and I trusted him so I went along with it. One day I went up there to check on my car and it had been crashed. The windshield was falling into the car and the front and side of my car was dented in very badly. He said he didn’t know what happened to it. (Obviously someone was just having a good ole time driving it and got into an accident and he was afraid to tell me). He said he would get it fixed (I was still waiting on him to fix my car for the reason it was there in the first place). I checked on my car every week and the accident damage was finally fixed about 2 months later. ( It didn’t look as good as it did before he got in the accident but it was fine). I still trusted this man. One day I spoke to the nice lady in the front and she told me that she needed to be honest and that Roland had been lying to me. She told me that he never even attempted to diagnose my car. Finally Roland told me it was my engine, which he ruined himself by driving it and doing whatever he did with it for all those months. My car was in much worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. I should have sued this man but I learned my lesson. I will never return to him again and I will not ever recommend anyone to come here. I lost so much time and money trusting in him. He comes off as a nice stand up guy but he’s not. I lost out of thousands of dollars."
"Well first let me tell you I worried the pure T hell out of these guys. I took my car there to be painted and I had a candy color in mind, not knowing how much candy paint cost. I just knew shiney bright but my pockets are not that deep. I had to pick out another color. I went up there day by day looking at chips, changing my mind each time and it got to the point where I got on my own nerves!! But they were nice and did not roll their eyes upon seeing me return. I had to have some minor body work done and after I made my last change of color they got to painting. I settled on a color close to the original color. There were too many choices and i didn't want to regret my choice. Well they...uhhhh...not they....i mean the body and paint man ...John got to working. When I picked up my car it was painted to factory specs, AND they surprised me by having the inside cleaned out too. This is no Maaco paint job so if you check them out don't expect poor Maaco quality its much better nor their prices..you get what you pay for....my paint had no swirl marks (typical in Maaco paint jobs) they even cleaned the inside of my car out!! When I left they said come back anytime. Lol. I knew I had to give them a good review."
