They were able to fit my car in in no time, were very upfront about costs, worked quickly, and were even able to save me $300 from the original quote. "I do not recommend Hatley's Body Shop. I was temporarily traumatized by the elder Hayley when he verbal assaulted me after I had questions about the work he admitted was completed poorly. It was difficult to trust him after he knowingly installed a part that didn't fit. He replaced the ill-fitted part for a properly fitted part and we moved on. He charged me and my insurance for work that was confirmed by Honda was never done. My insurance company has him on a Do Not Hire list. Now, after a little over a year, the paint job is chipping on my hood and pieces of my grill have fallen off. All places he has his hands on. I wish I'd gone to another body shop."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I was really impressed with Hatley's. I had some front-end damage on my SUV. I looked for recommendations on Google and Nextdoor – Hatley’s came up several times, so I dropped by to get an estimate. They provided me with a couple of options, both of which were reasonably priced compared to other local body shops. They never pressured me and, in fact, recommended I go with the less expensive option if I chose to move forward. I’m very pleased with their work. My car looks brand new again. I will most definitely return to Hatley’s if I ever need car repairs in the future. Very honest people. Thank you, Michael and Steve!"

"No nonsense kind of place. I was calling around other body shops and most of them quoted me 6-8 weeks to even get my car on the schedule, so I kept looking and landed on this place. Could take me in 2 weeks after I inquired, and worked on the insurance estimate to a tee. The guys here were very friendly and my car was in and out in 3 days. It looks great! I cannot recommend them enough."
