"This was my first time at this store. The associate behind the desk did not waste a moment evaluating the problem I presented to him, and developing a solution. He took me out to my vehicle and showed me exactly what I needed. Even though NAPA could not provide the item I needed; they told me what I needed, where to get it, and how to install it. NAPA incorporates one of the tenants I live by: "Knowledge is power". NAPA is where you want to go for auto parts and knowledge."

He was really nice and helpful and it was one of the easiest/ smoothest experiences I’ve had in any auto parts store."

"Five stars for George who works at this Napa store. My friends car had a broken alternator belt and George went out of his way to help. He explained what was wrong and even helped with our options. We ended up having a friend drive over to help put the new belt on and George even came back out to help and double check everything. Customer service is rare these days but George was awsome!! Five stars! Thank you George:) From now on I will try and buy all my truck parts at this store. I highly recommend this store."
