"I was referred to Dr. Wu by my family dentist and was also seeking a perio/implant practice who took my insurance. I have been pleased at every stage so far, beginning with the brand new facility and the courteous and friendly front desk attendant (fun to chat with!) handling the billing. Dr. Wu explained my treatment plan well-- also with informative videos--and took time to explain the personalization of my treatment. During the procedure I was kept advised about the progress and stages by Dr. Wu, and her assistant also was courteous and made sure I understood the post-procedure details. I very much appreciated the personal follow-up call by Dr. Wu the day after the procedure and the offer to answer whatever questions I had, with instructions for doing this after hours. I also very much appreciated Dr. Wu answering whatever questions I had about the details of the procedure, whereas some providers are less patient in this regard. I look forward to continuing my care at her practice."
