"This has been the worst experience with this dentist office. The office clerks are so unprofessional and do not provide accurate information. I first went to this dentist for pain in the back area of my mouth. I was told it was from the tooth toward the front, and I needed a root canal. I took care of that. To still have the problem in the back of my mouth. I went back on a Sunday the doctor couldn't see anything wrong and wanted me to go back to check on the root canal. They took many X-Rays even the 360 X-Ray and saw that I have a hidden wisdom tooth that's causing the pain. This was before referring me to the Root Canal doctor. Nothing was done about the hidden wisdom tooth. I canceled an appt. I had with another doctor because I was not getting anywhere with Dr. Jones office. The manager called me back and ensured that she can see me on Monday, I left work on Monday early to hopefully to get out of pain. After speaking with the doctor I was told only Dr. Jones can remove the tooth. She ensured me he can possibly do it on Wednesday @ 1. The day and time came and went so I called to follow up. The manager put me on hold and came back to say, it's going to cost over $1000. to have the tooth removed because of where it is. But you can submit it with your insurance for a refund. WHAT!!!!! This is an ON-CASH office. I have insurance and they always want you to pay out of pocket cash and get reimbursed through my insurance company. Not to mention, I already paid over $300 for the tooth they thought was causing the pain. I definitely requested my refund. This is not something I'm use to coming from NYC where you can get dental help without any issues. For the record, every time I went to this office and it was more than once I left in pain. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!"

"Where do I start I was told 2022 in September or October that’s my cleaning appointment would be next year January 2023. I called every month trying to get in sooner nothing available. However my daughter gets an email for an open appointment Dec 14 which she never asked for an appointment. I call today to touch base for date and time of appointment for myself to hear you don’t have one so I asked how my daughter get an email and I been calling RHONDA VERY RUDE explained that she didn’t have Medicaid and no MEDICAid dentist person was there for me that’s why she received an appointment. So basically if you have Medicaid you get a different treatment from a person with different insurance. I guess they have MEDICAID DENTIST FOR MEDICAID PATIENTS WHAT SHE explained that is not ok and you guys wasted my time I said I’ll take my records HER RESPONSE IS YEA THATS FINE. No sorry no let me try something but January 25 is open. She continue to go back and forth with me didn’t mind arguing and very insensitive to the situation. Dr Micheal and Ms Michelle is extremely nice RHONDA helped my daughter make the decision not to bring Delta dental insurance back to that office especially charging her 160 for a cleaning and she only went once as well as my husband has Blue Cross won’t be coming. So I’ll take myself to I guess a place that don’t look down on you if you have MEDICAID and MEDICAID doctors for Medicaid patients and coverage doctors such discrimination but says you take it to be treated the way she displayed today. I’m over it and I looked pass your 2 stars NOW I SEE WHY. RHONDA needs customer service skills and empathy as well her disrespectful behind. I’m human and need to be treated as one. Thanks Micheal!"

"The Dentists were excellent but the staff was horrible. They lie and charge you fees for PPE. I asked for a copy of my itemized charges and they said they do not give that out because people leave them laying around. What? I should know what charges I am being billed for. Then, they lied to my Dental Insurance Company and told them they never said that. Stop lying. It is a shame because the Dentists are the best. Like others said they charge different fees than explained. Plus the staff will tell me my appointment was 30 minutes earlier than what the actual appointment was. Thus keeping me waiting for 30 minutes before I am seen. Not all black people are late for their appointments. I tried them a few times but now on the search for another Dentist office."

"Save yourself and your money by finding a different dentist. As others have mentioned, this practice will consistently tell you each and every visit that there's another expensive procedure they MUST perform or they won't allow you to be a patient any longer. I'm not kidding. They used several tactics to convince me to spend almost $1k on a procedure my current dentist agreed was completely unnecessary, including forcing me to sign a form they explained was ONLY to document that I had been informed that the procedure was necessary, and I wasn't agreeing to anything further (which I refused several times to sign until they wouldn't let me leave until I did). At my next appointment, they then used that same form to say that I "agreed" to having the procedure performed at my next appointment. Another time, I caught them attempt to slip the procedure into my regular cleaning appointment. I only noticed after they tried to charge me a co-payment before my appointment that I knew I normally didn't have. They clearly receive bonuses for getting patients to agree to larger and more expensive procedures. Protect yourself and go elsewhere."
