"Dr. Mathew is excellent, but the receptionist behaves strangely. She repeatedly called me over 10 times a day to schedule an appointment, being very pushy. Additionally, she insisted on a specific time and day, not accepting "no" or "I can't" as an answer, and later charges all these fees if you can’t make it to the appointment didn't align with their preferred time."
