"I’ve been a customer at this specific location for 7ish? years. I love the quick oil change, very convenient for basic routine maintenance. Although my experience has been solid for nearly a decade, they have lost my trust and I will not be back. I implore anyone who values reliability to avoid this location, story below if interested. I went in for an oil change on my Hyundai. In the days following I noticed I had an oil leak (oil on garage floor). I returned and was advised risidual oil was on the oil pan, they cleaned it up and I was on my way relieved it was an easy fix. Well, the leak continued. I had to take the car into an actual mechanic shop for repairs. The shop informed me the oil pan was incorrectly plugged with the wrong washer utilized. The shop didnt charge me for the minor repair so I didnt bring it up with Vavoline. The leak stopped after the mechanic visit. Months went by and it was time for another oil change. Why not give Vavoline another shot, they’ve been historically great why toss them aside for one minor mistake? This time i’m going to be smart about it, im going to tell the employee about the washer debacle and ask them to ensure it doesnt happen again. Well even with these precautions, the same exact scenario happened again. Oil leak when I got home, returned and was told it was loose so they tightended it but the leak still continued. Took to mechanic and again, improper washer."
