"This is a mixed review… First, I love Belle! I always make an appointment with her because she is meticulous and does a great job. I also love how friendly the staff is here. I brought my daughters recently and Anna did one of them and she was so kind and did a great job on my six year old. It’s a mixed review because my oldest daughter saw Mariah (not sure if that’s her name) and she did a really bad job. The paint was everywhere, her nails were uneven and chipped the same day. I even asked Anna to fix some nails before we left. She was also disappointed that she didn’t get a massage and hot towel treatment. I tipped her but I wish I would’ve looked over her work before I left so she could fix it all. All in all, I love the friendly staff but I would only go to certain folks for services."

"My mom, daughter and I were treated to manicure and pedicures. The massage chairs were very gentle and comfortable. The staff was super! They took their time and listened to our requests and even took the time to take a few photos of our special time. We will be back! Thank you"

"I have been here twice for dip manicures, and the first one by Belle (see below) was 10 stars our of 5! However, I had to edit my original review because my last manicure was AWFUL! The manicurist ruined my nails! She only dipped twice and my nails chipped within 7 days. One nail split down the middle and it hurt so much that I had to use Super Glue to keep it from splitting. Her leg massage actually hurt because she kept hitting my shin bone. To make matters worse, the girl doing my nails was constantly checking her watch for texts or emails. I don't remember her name, but she wore a large, round watch circled with rhinestones. If you get her, walk away. However, with Belle...Best manicure and pedicure ever! AI got a dip manicure that three weeks later still looks like it was done yesterday. She gave an amazing leg massage for my pedicure and my toe nails still look great! No chips at all after three weeks."

"First time getting a luxury manicure and vip pedicure here. Pedicure was really good and Ana did a great job. Manicure was done by Kimmy. Kimmy was on phone the whole time she did my manicure and was very careless and unprofessional. I got 2 cuts near my nails while she was trying to open up the cuticle and when I asked if this is normal she said this is totally fine. I had a burning sensation there the whole time. I got a blister there the next day and it’s not healed yet."

"Really enjoyed this place, Kimmy did my French manicure and she did a great job. Got a pedicure and they did an awesome job. I was able to get a walk-in appointment. The place was really busy. The women and men working there were really personable and nice. They seemed to have a lot of return customers so that’s a good sign. We ended up finishing after closing for my French manicure and I never get like they rushed to finish my nails. And the wine was a nice touch. I would go back!"
