"I will never step foot in this business again. I made an appointment with Kaylee a week in advance for 1 o’clock dry cut. I confirmed my appointment. The day of I received a text saying she had a cancellation and can I come in early I said yes I could be there by 1230, she responded “perfect “ I arrived at 1225 and was told there was a glitch in the system and another customer booked for a foil. No one ever called me to say please don’t come on we won’t be able to do your hair. Instead they tried to pawn me off on some one else and I declined. Then when I said why didn’t you make her wait because my cut would take less time I was told she was a long term repeat. So basically I wasn’t important. I said well maybe I would have been a repeat and stormed out. Such bad bad business"

"This is the second time I have been here, the first time was OK, however this last time 09/07/23 IS HORRIBLE. Larry did my hair and I showed him the photo I use WHENEVER I am getting my hair cut. I have really curly hair, and I never blow dry so I didn't notice the problem until I got back home and noticed HE REALLY MISSED THE MARK. I am now waiting to find out if they are going to have someone else correct this. I have a wedding on Saturday and have to attend with this bowl cut."
