"Do not book with Lexi. She did not listen to what I wanted with my hair. She did what she wanted. She cut more off than I asked for. I asked for blonde and black hair with blonde underneath. She took another client during my appointment made me wait under the hairdryer while she finished with that client so that she could go back and fix up my hair for her social media pictures instead of asking if I had anything else I needed to do that day, she charged me for the full-time of the appointment even though she took another customer during my appointment. I went home and the next day I washed my hair in the shower and the blonde part of my hair is now purple gray, and brown. She clearly did not do what she needed to do in order to properly finish off the hair dying process. I have gotten this hairstyle done before and I had no issues with the black hair bleeding into the blonde. Lexi refused to give me a full refund for my time she would only refund $90 which included my tip, so only $50 was refunded of her charges. I said it was fair that I paid for the products, the total being $230, there is no way the cost of wella hair products for that appointment were worth $180. She was heavy-handed on my hair, jerking my head around through the whole appointment, saying that it was my fault because I wasn’t looking in the proper place and that I shouldn’t be moving my head around. She kept slapping the bottle of toner down in the sink behind my head and it was so loud it hurt my ears. She then blamed me for my hair bleeding because she said that since when she washed my hair out in the bowl she washed the two colors out separately that I should’ve known to do that myself, and that this was basically my fault, and not her fault for not communicating any aftercare directions. She later said that it’s because they use Wella hair color, and that color bleeds more than other colors, which again, was not told to me during my appointment. Lexi and another one of the hairstylist also spoke badly about another client that was about to come in saying that she was acting like a 16-year-old because of the way that her hair was turning out and that they were going to fix it that day, and there was no reason for her to be that upset. They also continued to convince that customer to do a hairstyle that she was not comfortable with because they thought it would look better than what she wanted. Lexi was unprofessional throughout the appointment and handled my complaints with arrogance and blaming everything else under the sun instead of just accepting that she messed up. She offered to fix it for me but I did not want to sit back in her chair again with her long nails scratching the back of my neck every time she tried to rinse my hair out and then blamed me for not leaning back far enough for her to get her hands under my hair. Lexi does not care about how her actions impact her clients and does not know how to use the products properly. Also they play bad country music all day."
