"I am new to the Charlotte area and as this is the only Ethiopian store close to me, I have now tried to buy injera at this location on 3 separate occasions in the past month, but the store was closed each time I went and apparently does not keep the business hours advertised. They were closed when I went at 6:45 p.m. today and at 11:30 a.m., as well as 6 p.m. respectively on two previous occasions. I tried calling ahead today, but they don't appear to answer the phone either. This is extremely unprofessional and my trips to the store have been a waste of time and effort. Would be nice to let customers know when they might actually be open by posting their "real" business hours."
