Take 5 Oil Change 4800 State Highway 49, Harrisburg, NC 28075

"Nice team but incompetent. Was there 24 hours ago and after oil change, there was misfiring when leaving, but chalked it up to just getting the oil change. Engine light came on after 20miles of highway driving and checked codes at home showing multiple engine error codes on OBD-II scanner. I also opened the hood to find oil sputtered all over the engine, coming to find the oil cap was’t fully tightened. Since they aren’t a repair shop I’ll have to go elsewhere to have further diagnostic tests. I also had to pull up YouTube to figure out how to reset the service reminder code on a 2017 Volvo xc90. "I’ve never not had a good experience here! All of the gentlemen that have serviced our vehicles have all been very kind and professional. I usually have my kids with me and they load them up with snacks. They take the time to explain to me what they are doing and if my vehicles need any extra attention other than my oil changed, they let me know. I never feel pressured to add on the additional services. They are even honest with me in letting me know what needs immediate attention and what could honestly wait until next time or a later date. It may be a little pricier in comparison to other places but I’ll pay extra for the convenience of not having to get my kids out of the car, and how fast and accurate they are."

"Went to the dealership for an oil change, it took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence only to find out it would be 3 hour wait. Left promptly and pulled into take 5.. was greeted right away with a bottle of water, pulled right into a bay and was done with a oil change, coolant flush and cab air filter change in the time it took the dealership to realize they even had a customer. Great job Take 5 I will be back!!"

"If you want an oil change fast and easy this is a great place to go. If you want anything else they offer done, I highly recommend declining. If they do it wrong or mess something up it will be up to you to pay for the exact same service that you didn’t get the first time all over again AT FULL PRICE and no apology. You will have to haggle and demand for even a price reduction to get what you paid for. “I guess they didn’t do it right last time, but I recommend doing it again” - manager that I spoke with."

"It turns out I was early for my next oil change so, I didn't actually have that done on this visit. However, I was a half quart low & they topped me off. Also, they directed my attention to a potential fluid leak on my vehicle that I did not know about. I was super grateful for that & it allowed me to get to a mechanic quickly. Everyone was very helpful."
