"The guy in there is so rude and dry. I needed a second part and went to another Napa and was talking about his attitude and they said you must live near the Harrisburg store. No one should feel as if they are a bother when you are going to the professionals for the expertise. I will not shop in this store anymore."

"NAPA is usually my go-to place for car parts, but this location is not great. They don't take used oil, they have a limited selection, and their archaic system goes down often,meaning they can't take anything but cash. Service is great though! The employees are friendly"
