Scott Clark Honda

"I own 2020 odyssey elite and it has start throwing SRS problem error (Air Bag Malfunction) on its 4th year so no warranty coverage for repair. So far I have visited dealership 4 times to figure out the cause and spent 900 dollar to resolve it but error keep coming back. At last visit, they quoted around 4k which might solve this problem. I do not have any problem with dealership since they are trying their best to figure out cause but since this is safety problem, dealer should notify to Honda corporate. I am just afraid to drive this car since it’s a kids hauler, I feel like it’s not safe due to this defect. I am more concern about build quality of Honda cars especially their safety equipments. Thinking to get rid of ticking timebomb in near future and replace it with more safer vehicle."
