Devon hooked my device up wrong so that it completely drained my battery on several occasions and he wouldn't even fix the problem even after I had it in writing."

"A lot of people apparently have bad experiences with smart start but the Concord, NC office on Odell School Rd is pretty good. They are super helpful and courteous. I did have one false violation right before my last payment but I’d bet that it was smart start trying to get some extra money from me before I had it removed. Also I had to leave out of town for work 2 days before I was scheduled to get the machine removed from my car and they let me drop it off and when I came back the machine was out and spare keys were inside like they were supposed to be which was great. If not for the employees being so helpful I would have had to make another payment and possibly been locked out of starting my car when I got back. Big thanks to Trevor and all the guys at the Concord office!"
