"My first time pregnant daughter left with an entire wardrobe for her baby boy from newborn to 12 months. And we were AMAZED by the incredibly good prices. Also the store was well laid out and stocked very well. The staff was super helpful and friendly! We will definitely be return customers. Highly recommend!!"
"This was my first time in any once upon a child store, I’m a new mom and sue any day now. This store is so organized and I was surprised by how big their inventory was but also how clean and well maintained it was. To top it off, the customer service was amazing and was super sweet! Highly recommend and I will most definitely be back!"
"I absolutely LOVE this store. The deals are amazing and the clearance events make it even better. From clothes and shoes. To toys, strollers, walkers and more. You won’t be disappointed. And in the long run, you’ll save TONS of money and still have quality."
"I’ve been to a good many consignment stores, especially ones for kids, and this one came highly recommended by a close friend. I was CRAZY pleased with my first visit. The inventory is super impressive and they work to switch out seasons when needed which is also helpful when shopping. I found them to be highly organized which is so difficult for those types of stores. Most parents are coming in with their kids and stuff doesn’t always end up back on the rack or in the right place but here they seem to have it on lock - organized and clean. They get a huge amount of stuff come through the door so naturally there are some areas where inventory is piled up to be sorted or put away, especially when switching out the seasons. I saw some comments about them being unorganized so I assume this is what they meant? I personally saw it as a good sign and felt that those areas were well set away from the inventory on the floor so as not to be in the way. They know what they have and work hard so that you can find what you need. I also saw some negative comments about younger kids working there. I noticed that yes, they had younger kids working and was pleased that they were so welcoming to all ages. I found the staff to be incredibly kind, welcoming and excited to be there. There have also been comments with mixed feelings about interactions with the staff. Let’s be honest, we all have our off days - workers and shoppers alike. While everyone is entitled to share their opinion I’m going to press on and say that I highly recommend this place. Give it a shot and I bet you’ll be very pleased. My friend walked out of there spending $200 and buying her 2 kids their entire fall/winter wardrobe. I went looking for my baby girl who isn’t even born yet so, truly, I need clothes like I need a hole in the head. Of course I still found items I couldn’t live without. I will DEFINITELY be back again. What a gem!"
