"I can openly admit the work done on my vehicle seems to have fixed whatever issue it had. I'm giving it such a low rating due to the fact i had an employee refer to me as just "this Mexican" when he appeared to mock the fact my vehicle has stock paddle shifters. It was great finding all this out due to my dash cam recording in that instance. I did call them back afterwards and explained my situation and received a half hearted apology for what "may or may not have been recorded" I would also like to add that after the phone conversation, i was then told i left to quickly so i wasn't made aware that there could potentially something wrong with my ABS. Now I waited in the office as the person checking me out typed up, waited for the printer to print out my receipt. Even shook hands with the individual before leaving and not once was it mentioned. I also could have been called after i left, if it was a mistake and they forgot to tell me. However i feel that if i didn't call an initially complain about an employee i doubt i would have ever been told about any ABS issue. I won't be returning to this shop not only for the fact they can refer to a paying customer as just simply "this Mexican" but also for the fact they conveniently forgot about a potential ABS issue. No sort of solution was brought forth throughout the conversation, again just a half hearted (if that) apology for what an employee may or mayy not have said."

"If I could give 0 stars then I would. This review has nothing to do with the service that was done to the car. This review is about a certain individual at the shop who decided to refer to a paying customer as "this Mexican". It was all caught on camera. The owner offered no solution or anything despite this situation. That's some type of professionalism. I will spread the word around to avoid this shop and take their business elsewhere. No one should be racially profiled as a paying customer in a place of business. No one should be racially profiled PERIOD. This event happened to a very good friend of mine. This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and why we still have issues in this country. I could say more and use a different language but I will keep it clean and professional. I call for disciplinary action to be placed on the individual who said "this Mexican" in the video recording. Like some type of proper training."

"I have been coming to this shop for quite some time now and could not be more pleased with the service and integrity I have received from these folks. I have brought everything I have ever owned from Dodge, Volkswagen and Honda there and left each time pleased with the work that was performed. In the past I have sent my Daughter there with her Nissan and like my experience she too was pleased with the service and the personnel there. Would I recommend this shop? Absolutely, and do quite often."
