"When I first started coming the staff was very nice and polite. They made the effort to help me with my haircut. But today I went in, and I felt like it was "too much effort". I wear glasses , so when we finished I couldn't see the missed hairs, streaks of hair that wasn't shaved down like the rest. It feels sloppy. And honestly I feel like it's because I don't tip well. I only have a $20 budget so I give $2 as a tip. If they need me to tip $10 per visit I'll go back to cutting my own hair."

Recommend to use their online check in. Then when you get there you let them know your name and they will check you in. It shows you where you are in line. Over experience was amazing and I will go back again."

"I normally love great clips, but I went in to get the side I had shaved trimmed, nothing more. The lady buzzed it, which was fine... but then she started cutting my actual hair before I could say anything! She took off about 5 inches in the front, and 3 in the back! My hair grows rather slowly, so that was about a year and a half of growth that she just cut off! I was trying to grow it out, but now I have stupidly uneven hair!"
