"I have been going here for Months! I’ve been a client of Erica’s She was phenomenal. Her service was on point. Personable, friendly. She knew what she was doing. It’s terrible that they don’t answer the phones up there or read their emails because I called and emailed to cancel my appointment for 11/15. I knew I would be charged a cancel fee because it was less than 24 hours but I had a family emergency and just could not make my appointment. Because they didn’t answer their phone, nor check their emails, they not only charged me a $35 cancel fee but they will not let me book anymore appointments with Erica because they counted it as a no call no show. That’s TERRIBLE customer service, client service especially for someone who was loyal. I wouldn’t recommend this place, not because of Erica’s service, but because that is unreasonable and not fair to any client. The fact that the EMAIL WAS THERE, makes it a cancellation not a no call no show!! I was fine with the cancellation fee as stated above. but not being able to schedule again, is ridiculous. And because you didn’t have a missed call from a phone number on file doesn’t mean I DIDNT TRY TO CALL. Poor service. End of story."

"Stumbled upon this place and so glad I did. I was in a few weeks ago to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted as well as eyelashes tinted. Today I had my first ever Brazilian. Emily was amazing. She explained everything and kept me chatting so it made the experience much better than expected. The facility is beautiful and clean. Five stars all around!"
