"This is not a black own business. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with anyone in this industry. Never showed up after making several arrangements(3 days). Driver said he was going to get the vehicle and take it to the lot to make things easy for him(day 3). I didn't mind since I'm a patient person. I never heard from him so I called dispatch who said they didn't have a lot. So then I called the police thinking it was a scam all for them to text and say sorry they don't pickup in the rain. From this point I spoke with the driver again who apologized. I then waited another day and still no pickup. It's not worth the headache for a lil $300. Never again. Update. Your page was identified as black own that's why I said that. I also have every screenshot to prove what I'm staying is factual. As the owner you may not be aware of all the transactions made with your employee's which is unfortunate however the things I said did happen Sir. I think it's best to accept accountability discipline your staff and do better. This shouldn't have happen no one deserves bad customer service."

"I needed to sell my van ASAP because the dealership replaced the ignition switch for a recall and rewired it incorrectly, frying the ECU, and they (of course) would not take responsibility for it. The repair would have cost more than the van is worth, so I sent a message to Express Cash for Junk Cars this morning and I was contacted in less than 30 minutes. I was given a very good offer and they picked up the van (at no charge) and paid cash upon arrival just a few hours later. Very easy process, fair offers, and friendly people. Highly recommend!"
