"I parked my bus in a bonehead spot and got stuck in the mud. Not only did they arrive earlier than promised, they didn't even tease me about my poor choice of parking locations. Nick was so kind, helpful and even complementary of my new ride! He gave me some additional safety tips, great advice and a referral to a diesel mechanic for future needs. I hope to not need roadside assistance/winch out again but if I do they will be my first call. Well worth the very reasonable rate they charged!"
