"I've used the services of this salon for many years and have been generally pleased with the quality of their work and customer service. My last two visits were unsatisfactory. I was assigned the same technician both times, and she is very incompetent. I didn't complain the first time but voiced my concerns the second time and was told I could come back the next morning to have a more competent technician correct the problem. However, due to scheduling conflicts, I was unable to go back the next morning and asked if I could schedule to come back at some point the next week. The owner told me he couldn't honor my request. I explained that my schedule wouldn't allow me to get back any sooner. I also shared that I had been a patron for many years but was disappointed with the last two services. He didn't make any concessions. The resistance to accommodate a patron, especially after receiving shoddy services lost them a customer. He didn't seem to care!"
