"This place has horrible service department. Went in to get warranty work done, they fixed one problem and didn't even address the other, also when I got my machine back it was spraying oil, had to take it back 3 times before they actually fixed it then they tried to charge me for their mistake. Not to mention my machine still isn't charging the battery. This service department is lazy and unprofessional!!!!!"

"As a loyal long time customer I astonished at the level of horrible and disrespectful customer service. I have never been spoken to in the most condescending and disrespectful manner. Not withstanding, I was hung up on the telephone and my was order cancelled by Mr. Jamison. I as the customer did NOT chancel the items and or order Perplexingly and oddly enough the item was in stock and on the counter at point of sale when the order was cancelled. Extremally poor customer service, an obvious lack of organization , understanding of management and customer relations. An extreme poor representation of Norther Tool + Equipment. On a brighter note, Brittney was extremally helpful and displayed an honest concern and desire to assist. I contacted customer service twice, Jasmine was wonderful and expressed genuine concern regarding my concern, problem, frustration, and most importantly to improve my customer experience. I was provided the district / regional manager, Derrick K's contact information. He contacted me back in a timely manner and I explained my experience. I will reserve specific factual information at this time and hopefully edit or delete this review. This will be pursuant to a follow-up phone conversation and a hopefully a satisfactory resolution regarding my experience. I shall reserve pursuing this with the Better Biasness Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and leaving negative reviews through social media, Yelp, etc. I hope to hear back and remain a loyal customer of Northern Tool + Equipment."

"I went in to purchase a shop heater for my husband, and the staff at this store were courteous and helpful. I especially appreciate their kindness in helping me get the heater loaded into my car."

"The staff was uncommon in today's world. I felt like I went back in time and was treated with the absolute best local type service. Wayne was awesome and the manager Natalie was even better. She really knew her stuff and so did Wayne. They helped me piece together the things I needed for my project. I didn't really even have to leave the counter. They ran all over the store and grabbed everything . Great store and great people."
