"Hours on the door says the INSURANCE office OPENS at 8:30AM. I show up at 8:30 and a mechanic greets me. "Take a seat - they usually come in between 8:30 and 9:00." So here I am at 9:05 and she just showed up. 5 minutes later the other employee showed up. I guess the hours posted are a suggestion for employees but not a requirement. Thanks for putting me behind to start my day while you guys slept in. The service is good. No complaints as I've been here a few times. Just don't come to the insurance office when they open up expecting someone to be here."

"While I've been a member of AAA for several years now I've never used their auto care center. Recently I've visited with them twice and the service has been excellent. Both times I was in and out within an hour and a half. Service prices are reasonable you do get a discount as AAA member. This location is near a shopping center and restaurants so you don't have to stay inside if don't want to. Masks required. Never felt pressure to have all of my services done in one visit. The video of items needing addressing is very helpful. I'll definitely be back"

"I have been coming to AAA for about 10 years now. THIS location in Huntersville is by far my favorite! All of the employees are friendly, helpful, professional, and positive. Also, they simply do what you ask of them and don’t force anything on you. I enjoy getting my car serviced with AAA."

"I went in a few months ago for my first oil change. The man who assisted me handed me a list of “packages” to select from implying that these were the 3 options of services listed (no price included). I selected the base assuming it was the quote I had called about prior to coming. I go to check out and my total is $30 more than what I was quoted upon arrival. Turns out the package list were optional add ons that were not required (which is partially my fault for not Clarifying) but the mechanic was very deceitful and it instantly became a sales pitch. I was dissatisfied with the customer service so I contacted the manager to tell them the mechanics need to make it clear that the tiers for service were add ons and not required. He kindly gave me a free oil change. I returned yesterday for that free oil change. I had a mechanic follow through with me after my car was completed. He told me my antifreeze levels were below the minimal line, and it needed to be flushed. He then quoted me at $150. Now I may be a girl, but I know it does NOT cost $150 to top off antifreeze. Called my father who is a mechanic, he told me that to add antifreeze it is absolutely not required to flush the system. I was very disappointed because I feel that this is a facility that I can’t trust with my car and best interest. I won’t be returning."
