"We purchased a 2024 4Runner that had scratches on the bumper right off the truck. Finally got scheduled to repair at the collision center. Destiny, the girl at front counter, was very rude, both over the phone and also in person. Not accommodating whatsoever. For a long time, repeat customer of this dealership, I’m very disappointed in the service received from the collision center. When picked up vehicle, it had not been cleaned nor had the window had been cleaned off. My name, along with the date and I'm assuming the techs name was written across the windshield. While we’ve always had good experiences here on the sales and service department, the collision center leaves much to be desired. Will not use collision center in the future should the need arise."
