"I stopped in here to get my nails done. I'm not from the area and wouldn't normally stop somewhere without reading reviews but really needed to have them done. I noticed first of all how clean the place was. As I was having my nails done, I decided to look at the reviews. They were terrible. This really surprised me because, as mentioned, the place was really clean and also the nail techs seemed very nice. Nothing like what was described. Annie, my nail tech, noticed me reading the reviews and let me know that the shop is under new management/ownership and has been for several months. They are waiting for the new signage to be put up outside. Annie did a great job on my nails. The price was very fair and there was no sign of the crazy, obnoxious man so often mentioned in reviews. Such a shame that the previous owner/manager gave the place such a bad name. If you've been here before, and had a bad experience, you might want to give these new folks a chance."

"Horrible service for a pedicure! First off all this was on a Sunday there wasn’t many people in the nail salon which was the first red flag, then the person doing my toes did not even know how to cut nails ! Not to mention when they did my sugar scrub , he scrubbed my calves instead of my feet. LIKE SIR. I’m paying for the foot scrub not a leg Scrub. I could tell the person was talking bad about me to another employee in their own language. Shortly after, someone else came to finish the job. ... The service they did here I could’ve done at home 10x better. Never again for me"

"The little guy that you see when you first walk in. He’s a bit obnoxious. He makes rude smart remarks when he’s talking to you. If I ask you anything about the service I want-you should be able to tell me without all the extra. I’m paying YOU for a service. He really doesn’t like his job-he just likes the money he gets from mostly our black women that he OVERCHARGES. I got my toe nails polished-regular polish, no design and it was freaking $15. Of course they don’t tell you until it’s time to pay. Be upfront and let people know or put up a price chart. Plus he overcharged me on my nails. I don’t know why he charged me $5 to make my nails narrow-not coffin. Then he overcharged an extra $5 that he couldn’t explain when I asked about it. Also, he charged $4 per nail for design-no diamonds. So, I ended up paying $16 for 4 nail designs…nothing spectacular-just some polish. My husband paid for my services and I told him not to tip bc he already overcharged me. My husband told him I was not satisfied with the service and told him he was spitting out prices from the top of his head. He got offended and then went to grab his price book. That’s when I found out he actually overcharged me. I got a simple acrylic gel fill-the book said $35. He charged me $40 and when questioned, he couldn’t give me an explanation. He did alright on my finger nails but my toes-the nail polish was old and clumpy looking. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. He was rude and nasty."
