"Visited Best Distributing a few weeks ago to purchase some siding supplies for a DIY project. Staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. I purchased more than what I needed and returned unused items with no questions asked. Some wholesale suppliers don’t sell to the public but they do and are very helpful with the ordering process. "If you happen to pay in cash, and then you want to return the unused material, expect problems. "We don't deal in cash that much" "we can put in an order for a check, but it would be a couple weeks" "can we mail you cash?" "Give me your number, when someone else pays in cash, we'll call you". Dear BEST, buy a safe. Prices are pretty good, but when I've got 15%, the amount I usually order extra, just in case, tied up in stupidity. Not worth it. Update: called on my way home and spoke with the highest member of management on site. He took my card info and said it would be in my account tomorrow at the latest. Raised from 2 stars to 4, and the savings are worth it again. Get a safe, and I'll refund you that 5th star lol."

"Guys must have been really busy the day I went. Was in there for 15 minutes and nobody took time to wait on me. Really need some shingles from Certainteed. i am sure they have bigger fish to fry since my order would have only totalled about $6500. I dont know."
