"Title: Disappointing Customer Service and Nail Results at Magnolia Nails - Huntersville. As a state worker who is required to maintain above-standard customer service at all times, unfortunately, I expect the same level of service when I visit businesses. However, my recent experience at Magnolia Nails - 15004 Vlg Xing Rd Suite 100, Huntersville, NC 28078 fell far short of my expectations. The poor customer service, subpar nail performance, and astonishing dismissive attitude of the workers left me extremely disappointed, particularly the guy who did my pedicure and the lead nail technician ( omitted their names intentionally). When the salon was new, the staff was friendly and their work was exceptional. However, as they started building clientele, it seems they have become complacent and neglected the importance of customer service , disregard for scheduled appointment and good work output. This was a waste of $100+ , and my time! In a competitive industry like nail salons, it is crucial for businesses to understand that maintaining clientele requires consistent excellence and great customer service. Unfortunately, it appears that Magnolia Nail Salon has lost sight of this important principle. I sincerely hope that the management team takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their services. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and providing high-quality work, they can regain the trust and loyalty of their client (s)!"

"I went here for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience! It was clean, smelled amazing, aesthetically pleasing, and the employees were so welcoming and friendly. I had the Lavender pedicure and it was truly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Tanh was my nail tech and took his time and made the whole thing so relaxing. I absolutely will be back!!"

"The place ws very nice, very friendly staff. Only issues I had was that we sat for almost 2 hours for a mani and pedi. They charged myself and my friend $5 each for cuticle (with mani) and nail shape with tips. Never been to a salon that does that. My shape was also not the shape I asked. They also only accept cash tips just to inform anyone. They do not have any signs stating that. It’s worth a shot to try, I just wasn’t too impressed with the final look or the prices to be back."

"My nails turned out great in the end and my friend also had her nails turn out great from the gentleman who helped her. But the customer service from my lady in particular was awful. She kept insulting me. Saying the the shape an length I wanted was 'unnatural an wouldn't look good on me'. She also filed the skin on one of my nails till it bled. Then shrugged off my concern when I mentioned it hurt an kept going. I have a cut a bit larger than a paper cut now. If you go be wary of who helps you"
