"Staff were extremely friendly at this office. Staff also made the experience fun for my daughter and made sure she was comfortable. Everything is organized and clean there. My daughter enjoyed the movie that was playing (Frozen) and playing with the lemonade stand. Cons, I don’t like that there is not any privacy during the visit as there are no separate rooms or dividers. I also don’t like how my child wasn’t sent with an unopened toothbrush to take home (a brand new toothbrush was used for my child’s cleaning and my child was sent home with that toothbrush that was used for her cleaning with a cover). I also was unable to obtain an Amazon gift card for my daughter being a new patient due to the type of insurance we have. Overall the pros outweigh the cons and we did enjoy our visit and will return."

"Stepmother takes the kids out of school to go to the dentist, just to be told they require the “biological parent” at the first visit. HOW do they verify that? What if a grandparent takes care of the child? What about an adopted child? Do you need to see a birth certificate? This is a ridiculous policy that has no method of verification… Just a way of turning honest people away. Her husband offered to email documentation but the receptionist (who said she was the manager) refused to talk to him. Do better."

"I took my one year old and three year old for their appointment today and we all had a great experience! It happened to be Halloween and the staff were all dressed up and gave the kids a little Halloween goody bag which they loved. Dr Bhatt and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful!"

"My son was recently seen for an emergency appointment/x-rays. We are new to the practice and this was our first experience. Everyone we worked with from the front office staff to the dentist was excellent and kind. My son received great care and was given an opportunity to adjust and an overall great deal of patience."
