"Terrible experience with the front desk over the phone. The communication between client and office is awful. I had tried calling the office multiple times and never got an answer, even left a voicemail and never got a call back. Finally got an answer the day of my appointment to let them know I had tried to reach out with concerns, ended up needing to reschedule due to personal reasons that arose and was charged double even though the contract I signed never stated the cancellation fee was per service (which I explained over the phone). I canceled the rest of my appointments and will be going elsewhere with better communication and not a steep cancellation fee."

"Worst dentist office I have been too. I relocated and saw Dr. Hill to finish post-Invisalign treatment (teeth whitening and bonding on one tooth). The office billed an oral evaluation and X-rays to my insurance after I had just had an oral evaluation and X-rays done two week prior with my dentist who completed Invisalign. They told me they were going to do an evaluation and X-rays because they didn't want to wait on the files from my previous dentist, but that I wouldn't be charged and it wouldn't be billed against my insurance. I completed teeth whitening through their office, but decided to find another dentist in the area because Dr. Hill wouldn't stop trying to force veneers when all I needed was bonding on one tooth following Invisalign treatment. I found out later after having my 6 months check up that they had in fact filed against my insurance, leaving me to pay out of pocket for my 6 month evaluation and cleaning. I called for two months without anyone calling me back. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone, everyone gave me the run around and I was told that because they didn't give me a waiver to sign, there was nothing they could do. The current office manager wasn't employed at the time of my visit and she told me she couldn't confirm anything that was agreed upon then."
