"I had an emergency matter and couldn’t get fitted in at my main dentist office, let me just say I’m making my change to Aspen in Concord. I was able to be seen the same day and the staff is beyond amazing. From being greeted and even when having your services done. I would recommend them to anyone. Everything I need can be done in office and not with a much of referrals and I love that the most."

"I’m new to the area and was looking for a dentist. I schedule an appointing them to have my X-rays done and then I met my dentist who they tell me will be my dentist for every appointment. I schedule a follow up cleaning. When I arrive the cleaning I’m paired with a different dentist who gave me the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had and it took nearly and hour and a half! It was the most excruciating pain I’ve ever had including broken bones. Around the time of my follow up 6 months cleaning I call to cancel my appointment in which they tell me it’ll be a $100 cancellation fee. Then they’ve repeatedly called me asking if I’m going to come to my appointment and if they can have my credit card information for the penalty fee. Ive refused and will be taking it up with my bank if they somehow do charge me. This is just a big corporate dentist that doesn’t care about you."

"Insane experience. Went because I was experiencing what I now know was sinus pressure. Wanted to be sure it wasnt dental related first though. I made an appointment online and showed up about 30 minutes early. I waited forever until I was called back. The staff in the back was very friendly. Once I was through talking with the dentist they sent me up front to review costs for treatment. They were adding on so many ridiculous charges for things I didn't even need or ask for. $400 for a night guard that I was not asking to have done. The entire cost was looking to be around $2,000 dollars for fillings and other unnecessary things. Immediately the finance person was pushing for me to hurry and pay for it and to apply for a credit card. I let her know I could not put myself on another credit card at this time.she was still very pushy about it. After that I mentioned that I would like to focus on one area of my mouth for this fillings at a time.she didn't like that and was pushing for me to go ahead and pay for all of it to be done. I immediately knew that the price I was given was way too high and was just trying to walk away at this point. I eventually somehow ended up setting up an appointment for just one area of my mouth for over $200. I was later told that was a very high price from someone else. I decided to then call back and cancel this appointment and get a refund. I had found someplace else to get services done at a much more affordable price. When I called to cancel I got the same lady that had charged my card the first time I was in. She sounded pretty upset I was cancelling and didn't take all of my information. I found that weird but she said she would cancel my appointment and give me a refund. Well turns out she didn't. She kept the appointment and never refunded me which to me seemed like she did so on purpose. I had to call back another week later and thankfully spoke with another employee who did cancel my appointment and refunded me."

"Went in for a cleaning. Ashley was my hygienist and she was super kind, skilled, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to chat with me and ask me if I had any questions. I like that she’s super non-judgmental and offers great tips for flossing etc. I was in and out quickly and felt very taken care of!"
