"Great vibe, terrible service. Not sure if it was because we were younger than the crowd, but we waited for about 20 mins with no service and no care that we were even here. Bar tender acknowledged we were there but didn’t seem to care. Don’t recommend unless you like feeling judged. We weren’t loud or rude, but he acknowledged everyone but us so we left."

"Trey Simmons got a request from me to make a special drink and he certainly delivered. In Charlotte it’s called Infante. He had all the ingredients and his enthusiasm was on point. Definitely recommend him - 10/10"

"Espresso martinis are my favorite, so I'm almost an expert. The Workshop Lounge has the best one. My husband loved his gin and tonics as well. They were all great: bartender, waiters, manager! It's on my list of places to visit again when I go back to Asheville."

"Nice Hotel Bar as far as decor and space. Stick with drinks only. Ordered sliders and fries. Neither were cooked throughly. Burger buns were not warmed. Three bartenders behind the small bar but all orders had to be placed at the bar in this large space. You deliver your own drinks to any other location in the bar area. Food was delivered and that person was nice. With the self service setup not the best experience. As guests at the hotel for the weekend we went there three times. Always the same setup."

"Vintage curated atmosphere paired with unique and classic drinks, does not feel like you are in a 'hotel bar' truly an elevated experience. Ben was an outstanding bartender! Try the olives they are decadent."
