"Dr. Griswold was great - very professional, friendly and worked hard to get our unique situation correct for my daughter. I had a hard time, however, with the office staff and billing. I'm on my fourth round of submitting a claim. The first submission was sent to the wrong office, the second submission did not have an x-ray or narrative included, and the third round did not have the narrative (just x-rays). I understand prosthodontics are not usually covered and the office can't control what the insurance company decides, but one of the selling points was their proposed help with insurance, since my daughter was born with this situation. In the beginning the staff was very helpful with trying to get it corrected. That sentiment seemed to change this last round."
