"I made an appointment on 3/28/23 for 3/29/23 at 2:00 pm using her online appointment scheduler. I received 2 confirmations that this appointment was approved. I received reminders on 3/29/23 of my 2:00 appointment. I arrived at the home of Ana C at 1:45. There were no cars at her residence. At 1:50 I rang the doorbell, 2 minutes later I rang it again. At 1:53 I called her, identified myself at stated I was at her residence for my 2:00 appointment. She tried to make the excuse that it was for 3:00. I informed her I had 3 different confirmations of my 2:00 appointment. She then said she would be there in 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes before I left. Five minutes later she called me to find out where I was??? I informed her that I felt she was very unprofessional. She uses an online appointment scheduler but fails to check it to see if she has an appointment. My time is every bit as valuable as hers. Frankly she should pay me the 30 minute rate she charges for my time and the gas I wasted going to her empty residence (that she works out of)."
