"Amazing experience. Thank you Alex .K for saving me about $7,000. I was quoted by 2 mechanics that my Roush Mustang (which I had just bought 2 days prior sight unseen, so I had no clue if it ran) needed a brand new engine and it would cost me upwards of $7,000 - $8,000 for the engine alone, not including the installation. Alex told me “there’s not all that much I could suggest since I don’t have too much knowledge on that car, but I’d suggest maybe looking into the starter, battery, alternator and look at anything possible that might look the slightest bit off” he then mentioned “if you could possibly get it here I can take a look at it”. I took that opportunity and got my trailer and towed it to autozone, Alex searched for about 20 minutes. Lastly, he checked my fuses. EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM WERE BURNT OR BROKEN. Alex stated “here may be your issue, let’s see if we can replace ALL of these and see if this fixes it, if it doesn’t work, I will find a way to get you fully refunded on everything”. About $120 on fuses and 15 minutes later, Alex has EVERY fuse changed for me. Guess what? My car (that I have never even seen run yet) started RIGHT up with no issue and ran like a dream. That you so much Alex, and my pockets will be thanking you later too. GET THIS MAN A RAISE. Out of hour I was there, Alex saved me THOUSANDS of $. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location. Thank you Alex again for everything you do. Whoever raised that young man did one amazing job. Man knows his customer service and how to be amazing. 30000 stars"

"Had my check engine light come on . Stopped in at Autozone to have them do a Diagnostic test. It is a free service that I was told about by my son. Alex did the testing and gave me a print out of the possible cause. Alex was professional.efficient and very kind. At least now I can make an appointment with my mechanic knowing the possible cause.
