"So I had a dental emergency, and I actually was seen on a Sunday. I checked in with the lady at front desk, she was so polite and professional. I was called back, Dr Jay asked which tooth was bothering me he looked, we took an xray, he came back told me my 3 options were. So I did decide to get my tooth extracted. So here comes pain which I thought, Dr. Jay prepped me to get ready, told me about my shot, made sure I was fine through the numbing process. After I was numb, he went to work to get my tooth out. During the process he was telling me little things here and there to help my teeth. After the extraction I was so relieved, Dr Jay made sure I understood how to take care of my extraction. The whole process only took an hour from check in to check out. Dr. Jay is a wonderful person, very professional and has great bed side manner and very humble, We really need more people like him in the world, it would be a better place! "Dr Jay has been my dentist for YEARS. He is amazing. I've never hated the dentist, but Dr Jay has a way of always remembering the last thing you talked about with him and easing you back into each appointment. He is also phenomenal with children. My kids LOVE to go visit him because he keeps them informed of what he's doing and why. He explains to them in understandable ways why it's important to brush and how cavities form and answers all of their questions. His rates have always been incredibly reasonable and he will bend over backwards to work with you in terms of scheduling care around your dental benefits if you have them. The office is small and dated, but I find it charming because I used to visit this office before Dr Jay bought the practice from my first dentist. The lack of unnecessary overhead helps him keep costs down for his patients. If you're looking for TVs mounted in the ceiling and a huge staff of hygienists this is not the office for you. But that's ok because that leaves more room for appointments for people who know the true value provided is the dental care you will receive. I can't imagine going to a different dentist and will be seeing Dr Jay until he retires."

"Dr Jay is absolutely wonderful! I called him determined to have my tooth pulled as I had been quoted over $1800 to have it fixed from another dentist office. Dr Jay took the time to listen to my concerns and suggested that he could repair the tooth for much less, and he delivered on his promise! Dr Jay saw me on a Saturday and then a Sunday to finish the procedure, meaning I didn't have to miss time at work! He was considerate, informative and all around pleasant to deal with. I have already scheduled my regular cleaning and will continue to see Dr Jay as the first regular, primary dentist I have had in many years!"
