"I had some bad experiences with this office, first of all the dentists doesn't take more than 15 minutes every time I bring my daughters for their appointment. I got charged $160. For just a change of bands every time they come and nothing else are be done. Second the secretaries in the front office tried to charge me for 2 months when I missed one appointment that I had to move it to the beginning of the continued month. I was out town when my kids missed that appointment and when i came back and took them, I got charged twice for a service I didn't received. This third issue is today Nov 21st 2022 I came for an appointment and there was 3 people waiting outside the door, I tried to open and it was lock. I heard them inside laughing and giggling and I decided to call, when they answered they told me the door wasn't lock but obviously they unlock it once they hear there was people outside waiting. It irritated me that they told me that it wasn't lock when I know for sure IT WAS. Like I'm crazy or making things up. I'm so done with this place. I can't wait for my daughters to finish their "treatment " so I don't have to deal with this place and bad service NO MORE!!!"
