"I have had a hard time finding an office for a procedure my 10 year old daughter needs. We have visited multiple offices through this process and have not felt welcomed or at ease by any of them until walking into Vista Family Dentistry!! How my children and myself are treated and talked to is just as important as the dental work being performed! They took the time to address my daughter and explain to her every detail of her procedure and ask her if she had any questions! I loved that! We were so impressed that on my way out I made both of my children regular patients there. The office is not very close to our house but I'm willing to make the trip for the great care they provide!"

"Over all they did a good job with my son. But when we had an incident in our household that required the police. I had to take my kids to stay somewhere else for their safety. My son missed his appt for a root canal and they sent me an email stating he could not return because they put aside a certain amount of time for his visit. even if I brought them the police report they could not accept him back in there office. There was no way I could have remembered to call and reschedule a dentist appt with my kids and my life on the line. I understand they have rules in place but they acted as though I intentionally missed his appt."
