"I am truly disappointed with the level of service I have been provided. After visiting this dentist office for 7 years there was an issue with one of my insurance claims. I waited to see if it could be resolved. One year later my insurance refused to pay for it. I called the office and offered to pay so that I continue to see my provider. After speaking with the representative, she said that I could pay it off but I would have to pay out of pocket for all expenses going forward and it would be reimbursed. I am truly hurt because I have been a loyal customer and Dr. Kwon is a great doctor. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay out of pocket for each visit and wait for reimbursement. If I could I wouldn't have insurance. They do not work with customers and have do not respect loyalty. If you are hard working and there is the slightest possibility you may fall on hard times avoid this office. They are not willing to work with you."
